"Let's just see what happens."
It's my motto. It works for almost everything, including (but not limited to) leashing cage-protective Lab mixes and restraining fractious cats. I consider it the Educated Woman's version of "Hey, ya'll, watch this!" I'm putting it to use once more, in the form of a blog.
I don't expect to blow anyone's minds with my lyrical prowess, so don't get too excited. Sometimes, things happen in everyday life that are worth sharing, and I hope that the little things that happen in mine are relatable and maybe even make you smile. (I like to think my 18 month old is pretty hilarious.)
So, why "Introverted Owl" you ask? I believe the adjective speaks for itself, if you have ever met me. I'm not, like, socially crippled, but interacting with people is mentally draining for me....which is a post for another day. I had a moderate panic attack roughly 15 minutes ago when I was convinced "introverted" was, indeed, NOT a real word. I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE DOMAIN NAME, YOU GUYS. But, Google tells me all is well, and I can proceed with my little blog.
Owl? Well, it's G's favorite toy. His go-to, his wubby, his security blanket...and "introverted owl" just had a ring to it.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I love this so much! It's the perfect name and I can't wait to read all your posts.
